Job Overview
Business orientated lawyers are invited to apply to this unique opportunity to lead a group of corporate lawyers.  This group is focused on advising the growth of the company through corporate/commercial, construction, banking, advertising & marketing, tariff services and litigation. 
This role has defined advancement into an executive level position as the corporation grows.  Bringing solid problem solving skills as well as sound judgment and forecasting you will be rewarded through the growth of the company.

A background in government compliance is a strong asset.  You will also be involved in communicating with clients and all levels of management so strong communication skills will be required.

Job Requirements
The incumbent will possess a recognized LL.B. or J.D. degree and hold affiliation with the Law Society of Alberta. 

Candidates must have at least five years of commercial experience working with high profile firms in Canada and the ability to lead an established team of lawyers.  Previous managerial experience will be considered a strong asset.
