Job Overview
Our client is looking to fill Regional Manager position to oversee the entire Alberta region. The position will be located at the Calgary head office. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Regular SWOT analysis of Alberta region

  • In charge of the budgeting functionality
  • Oversee the training and development of current and new staff members
  • Communicate the corporate and regional goals to all employees

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role
  • Able to lead large groups to success
  • Have an educational background in an Engineering designation
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Are able to work in a fast paced environment with strict or tight deadlines.
