Our client is an aggressively growing supplier of waste management and environmental services poised for impressive growth this year. They are looking for a seasoned mentor & manager in the industry to lead their sales team. This role will split accountabilities between people and business development so an ability to have your head in several games in important. We are looking for someone who has primarily commercial, construction and managed property experience in waste management but open to exploring industrial exposure as well.
This is an open culture; one that fosters ideas and fresh thinking. You'll be leading a team that is encouraged to think outside of the box to compete with larger players so a commitment to this type of culture is crucial.
A preference for growth over maintenance.
Previous experience leading and developing teams - preferably in the waste management sector.
Intimate familiarity with P&L principals and strong communication & reporting skills when speaking with management or clients
Previous experience developing and executing successful sales strategies
