As a senior claims examiner you will be responsible for receiving and assigning new claims for one of our client’s key accounts.  This position will also involve examining reports from independent adjusters to make sure procedures are up to the company standards of exceeding client expectations. 

You’ll be putting your ability to interpret policies to use by mentoring field staff and working with adjusters on high profile claims to determine eligibility.

Job Requirements
CIP designation or in the process of achieving it.

At least 3-5 years as an adjuster on commercial claims with a strong knowledge of policy interpretation and the ability to communicate in a highly technical environment.

Eligibility for licensing as an independent adjuster in the province of Alberta
