Job Overview
Our client is a large Independent Adjuster in Western Canada who is looking to develop more business through 2010 in Alberta.  This position is a direct result of that initiative so we are looking for someone with an equal balance between marketing and adjusting skills.

This position offers a great deal of autonomy and independence so it will make a great break from your current office!  We are looking for candidates who have a local reputation in either Edmonton or Calgary from which they can grow their business.

Job Requirements
Previous experience and licensing as an Independent Adjuster (preferably in Alberta)

A local reputation as a trusted insurance professional.

Negotiation skills as well as a sense of compassion.

2 – 5 years or related work experience

CIP designation or proof of working towards one. 

Career minded as the company offers very defined growth avenues – this position has a clear path into management.

Strong leadership skills & proven time management capabilities.
