Job Overview
Because of a planned retirement, our client is filling a succession position for their new Vice President of Western Canada.  This is a RVP role meaning that you will be responsible for all Western Canadian growth. 

Our client has developed a unique blend of personal lines so the incumbent is required to have a strong personal lines background along with proven executive abilities.  You will oversee the development & implementation of all Western Canadian products & services as well as their distribution network. 

Although young in the region, our client has developed a strong reputation as the company of choice for personal lines.  They have done this through ongoing training to their employees & agents and are renowned for superior customer service.

Job Requirements
Professional designation in the insurance sector (CIP, FCIP, CAIB, etc) with a career focus in the marketing & sale of personal lines.  Those from the commercial sector will still be considered.

Demonstrated success in leading a multi-million dollar organization at a senior level

The ability to development & implement marketing/profitability initiatives as well as succession plans by identifying long-term goals and immediate impact.

Exposure and comfort with the Western Canadian insurance sector
