CMS conducted an independent market feasibility study for a Canadian Company that was considering setting up operations in China. We assessed over 30 dairies across the country in order to determine market needs & strategies.

CMS delivered a two-week participatory workshop to 50 human resource managers from China National Petroleum Corporation covering topics such as leading human resource practices, organizational change, corporate culture and diversity aligning human resources with strategic business needs and performance management.

CMS conducted numerous needs assessments and feasibility studies for various clients throughout Eastern Europe, Asia and North America which focused on opportunities for developing key industries in manufacturing, agriculture, information technology, and construction.

CMS provided ongoing business development & market economy workshops through the World Bank to CEO's of China's largest agro-processing firms.

Following an internal assessment of a department of the Alberta Government, CMS developed managerial & technical training requirements and worked with all staff to implement these changes.

Through CIDA, CMS played an integral role in the development of a business centre for the North Eastern Agricultural University in Harbin, China. This involved training faculty in market economy techniques and various styles of business.
